The focal point of the AG House project is a spacious, double-height living area with panoramic Skyframe windows that create a sense of freedom and lightness. In the lounge area, we placed the Miami sofa by Baxter — a model that combines exceptional comfort with modern aesthetics.

In the lounge area, we placed the Miami sofa by Baxter — a model that combines exceptional comfort with modern aesthetics. Upholstered in deep blue nubuck, it serves as a bold accent within the space. Echo side tables by Henge, along with custom-designed marble items reflecting the kitchen island, complement the composition and ensure stylistic unity.

The kitchen was developed based on our own design sketches: clean-lined metal fronts highlight the restrained, masculine feel of the space. Its centerpiece is an island clad in Opera D’Arte stone by Henge.

The dining area traditionally serves as the centre of attraction for guests — a place for gatherings, conversation, and special moments. In the AG House project, it combines both expressive architecture and elaborate functionality. Seating is provided by the Ketch chairs from Henge, selected for their ergonomic comfort and refined appearance. Lamps from Carlyle Collective, whose shapes bring a sense of lightness to the room, hang above the table.

Along the staircase, leading toward the dining area, is a sculptural composition inspired by the works of Alberto Giacometti. The figures of walking people symbolize hospitality, lively conversation, and the spirit of a home filled with loved ones and friends.
