Our goal is to make it truly one-of-a-kind and practical for quick execution. It should be distinct from its surroundings while seamlessly blending into natural beauty. From this challenging yet creative process, the Villa La Jungla project came to life.

The impressive door, complete with a modern pivot system and sleek exterior finish, instantly sets the tone for the room.

As we walk through the hallway, we are welcomed by timeless pieces of furniture, like the iconic wave-shaped seats from B&B Italia.

The kitchen showcases custom craftsmanship with carefully selected stone, transforming the island into a dominant feature resembling a sculpture.

On the other hand, the Henge lamps cut through the room like our external panels, bringing unity and a delicate play of light against the stone. They create a subtle interplay with the surrounding stone's transparency when illuminated.

Hints of the green hues from the exterior facades gently transition into the interior, adding a natural and pleasing touch to the stone elements and decor.

Each piece serves a unique purpose and adds to the overall ambiance of the space.

This bathroom beautifully showcases natural light streaming in through floor-to-ceiling windows, while natural green hues flow in from the outside. The main finish features light travertine, a stone with large pores that enhances the airy atmosphere. The custom-made bathtub, bench, and sinks serve as accent details, while the warmth of wooden walls creates a harmonious balance throughout the room.

This luxurious dressing room is designed for comfort, featuring top-tier quality. It boasts elegant glass fronts from the finest Italian manufacturers, creating a sophisticated and functional space.

In our home office project, we created customized wall panels with integrated storage and a mini-bar.

As we were completing the project, it became clear that the inspiration for this villa came from the iconic pavilion of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in Barcelona — the pinnacle of modernism designed by the great architect who changed the course of events and revolutionized urban architecture in the XX century.

Located in the prestigious Palm Jumeirah neighborhood of Dubai, Villa La Jungla spans 700 square meters and offers stunning views of the Royal Atlantis. The villa features an old Arabic-style design, with strict regulations limiting alterations, including window sizes.

Inside, elegance and delicacy define the space. Each piece of furniture and decor is carefully selected, reflecting the enchanting 1960s era. The design emphasizes unique shapes and symmetry, creating a harmonious balance between structure and comfort, while the kitchen showcases custom craftsmanship with stone that transforms the island into a sculptural centerpiece.

Inspired by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's iconic pavilion in Barcelona, the villa revolutionizes modern architecture. Its interior is enriched with green hues that seamlessly transition from the exterior, enhancing the ambiance and connecting the villa to its natural surroundings.
